Joint Project of PetrSU and State TV and Radio Broadcasting Company “Karelia”

In 2020, the PetrSU Humanitarian Park jointly with State TV and Radio Broadcasting Company “Karelia” will record TV lectures. TV studio hosts filming of the project “Karelia to Our Days”.

The final part of the lecture dedicated to the anniversary date of the university "80 years of PetrSU: history and modernity" was presented by the rector of PetrSU, Professor A.V. Voronin.

In his speech, Anatoly Viktorovich spoke about the challenges of the time he faced, when he entered into his role. The rector paid much attention to structural and operational innovations in PetrSU, implemented in recent years. The rector informed about the plans and prospects of the university development.

All this, as well as the history of PetrSU foundation (lecturer A.V. Dzhaparidze), about the development of the university in the 90s (lecturer V.N. Vasiliev) can be found in the TV lecture "80 years of PetrSU: history and modernity", which will be broadcasted by the Karelia State Television and Radio Broadcasting Company this autumn.

The second "session" of the TV lecture hall will present lectures "Health preservation of the inhabitants of the Arctic and subarctic zones" (lecturer I.Vinogradova), "Winter war of 1939" (lecturer Y. Kilin), "History of the forest complex of Karelia" (lecturers O. Kulagin and V. Katarov), "Aquaculture of Karelia" (lecturer T. Kuchko), "Journey to the Vepsians" (lecturer O. Zhukova) and others.
